moved Amendment No. 159: "Before Clause 38, insert the following new clause—" ““PROVISION OF INFORMATION: NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGES No claim for damages lies in respect of any loss or damage suffered by any person in consequence of— (a) the provision of prescribed information in pursuance of any of sections 27, (Personnel suppliers: duty to refer), 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35 and 36; (b) any failure to provide such information.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
