Electoral Administration Bill

My Lords, putting an amendment on the face of the Bill is a means to an end; a ministerial statement also is a means to an end. The end in this particular case is ensuring that the initial CORE scheme is subject to a thorough review. I am grateful to the Minister for her assurances and constructive response and for putting it on the record. I am content that it serves to meet the goal that we share.
