Proceeding contribution from Martin Horwood (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Friday, 12 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Bill.
Climate Change and SustainableEnergy Bill

Is he aware that the largest party on Woking borough council is made up of Liberal Democrats, and that they are the most recent party to hold majority control?
