Proceeding contribution from Lord Beith (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Monday, 5 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on NHS Redress Bill [HL].
NHS Redress Bill [Lords]
If that is so, why does paragraph 92 of the Government response to the Constitutional Affairs Committee report say of the scheme:"““If it is successful in delivering a better response for patients…the Department will want those benefits to be available for all NHS patients and will consider extending the scheme.””?" Was that not meant to imply that the scheme might eventually cover primary care?
