Climate Change
Bearing in mind the hon. Gentleman’s earlier comments about taking people step by step, I was somewhat astonished by his comment, as I interpreted it, that Conservative Members are entitled to oppose their party’s policy on energy conservation in their constituencies. Does he agree that that is a strange way of taking people step by step?
