moved Amendments Nos. 29 and 30: Page 21, line 29, at end insert- ““(2A) Regulations made by virtue of subsection (2)(b) may make provision about any of the matters mentioned in section 24(5)(a) to (i).”” Page 22, line 1, leave out subsection (5).
