moved Amendments Nos. 75 and 76: Page 35, line 4, at end insert- ““““the required number”” means such number as may be prescribed or such lesser number as is specified by the adjudicator or the Secretary of State under section 90(5B)(bb) in relation to a particular change.”” Page 35, line 7, leave out ““a prescribed”” and insert ““the required”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
