moved Amendments Nos. 86 to 89: Page 49, line 10, leave out ““in relation to a voluntary aided school”” Page 49, line 11, at end insert- ““( ) the local education authority, ( ) the governing body of the school,”” Page 49, line 12, after first ““of”” insert ““a foundation or voluntary school which is”” Page 49, line 13, leave out from ““authority”” to end of line 14 and insert ““, and (b) in the case of any other foundation or voluntary school, the person or persons by whom the foundation governors are appointed.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
