moved Amendments Nos. 2 to 4: Page 4, line 9, leave out ““and (b) that it”” and insert- ““(4B) The second condition referred to in subsection (4) is that the dog”” Page 4, line 10, leave out ““such”” Page 4, line 11, at end insert ““made by the appropriate national authority”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
