moved Amendment No. 51: Page 33, line 14, at end insert- ““(2A) No order under section 17(1) shall be made by the Secretary of State unless a draft of the instrument containing the order has been laid before Parliament. (2B) Subsection (2A) does not apply in relation to an order revoking a code of practice in connection with its replacement by a new one.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
