My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 153 and do propose Amendment No. 153A as an amendment thereto. "153A: Line 3, leave out ““this”” and insert ““any””." Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to.
