Proceeding contribution from Derek Twigg (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 7 November 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Armed Forces Bill.
Armed Forces Bill
The hon. Gentleman reflects a common view, not least among many ex-service men and veterans. It was a great pleasure to visit his constituency recently to support the opening of the war memorial. I know of the tremendous work that he did to establish the memorial, along with the local community, and it was an excellent day.
