Proceeding contribution from Tony McNulty (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 7 December 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Terrorism (Detention and Human Rights).

Terrorism (Detention and Human Rights)

I am sure that that is entirely right and proper of the Committee. Were that to be the case, we would try to facilitate it and provide as much assistance as possible. This is all predicated on the Government coming back with our review of where we are, and what we want to do and not do about gaps in legislation. I want the process to be as open, consensual and informed as possible.
