Proceeding contribution from Lord Beamish (Labour) in the House of Commons on Friday, 19 January 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Sustainable Communities Bill.
Sustainable Communities Bill
Without wanting to get into the internal politics of Wales, what does my hon. Friend think would happen if the plan was approved by the local community in Wales and by the Secretary of State but was strongly objected to by the Welsh Assembly? How would that lead to the efficient delivery of services in local communities in Wales?
