Proceeding contribution from Lord Kingsland (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 22 January 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Legal Services Bill [HL].
Legal Services Bill [HL]
That clarification is very helpful. I look forward to seeing at some stage in the future at the back of the Sunday Times or some other reputable newspaper an advertisement for members of the Consumer Panel of the Legal Services Board. I see the Minister nodding her head, so I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 8 agreed to. Clause 9 [Committees and the procedure of the Consumer Panel]: On Question, Whether Clause 9 shall stand part of the Bill?
