Proceeding contribution from Baroness Ashton of Upholland (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 22 January 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Legal Services Bill [HL].
Legal Services Bill [HL]
In paragraph 21(1) of Schedule 4, we think we have more or less captured what the noble Viscount is saying. I am equally not in a hole at all, by the way. I am robustly trying tostop noble Lords spending the profession’s money, which is what I think would be the conclusion of this approach.
