Although I fully accept that we do not want to see dumping in the EU, does the Minister agree that accusations of dumping have to be well and truly proven before the EU takes unilateral action to impose tariffs on China? Otherwise, and if unilateral action is taken, consumers will pay more for shoes, for example, than they need to. Will the Government press the EU harder not to adopt such protectionism and to get a successful round to the Doha conclusions?
