As I said in my opening remarks, there are some speeches that are worthy of rehearsal, and I mentioned that of the hon. Member for Thurrock (Andrew Mackinlay), and there are some perhaps that do not require to be repeated. [Interruption.] The hon. Gentleman asked me a question. I have given him an answer.
