Proceeding contribution from Lord Kingsland (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 6 February 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Legal Services Bill [HL].
Legal Services Bill [HL]
I thank the Minister for agreeing to look at the matter further. Irrespective of her reaction to what other noble Lords have said, I suggest that the particular points of my noble and learned friend Lord Mackay merit her urgent consideration. Meanwhile, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 108B not moved.]
