Proceeding contribution from Lord Hunt of Wirral (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 6 February 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Legal Services Bill [HL].

Legal Services Bill [HL]

I am very grateful to the Minister for what she said on all these amendments and I am particularly grateful to my noble friend for speaking to the remaining amendments in what perhaps should have been the group before us. Obviously, I would like to reflect on what the Minister has said and to seek the advice of the Law Society of Scotland. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
