Proceeding contribution from Lord McKenzie of Luton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 1 March 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Welfare Reform Bill.
Welfare Reform Bill
I am well aware that the noble Lord and others are pressing for as much clarity as possible. I am advised that it is probable that we can give an exhaustive list. Perhaps we should test the water on that; we will write in as full a term as we possibly can. Doubtless, if, on receipt of that letter, if there are any qualifications that the nobleLord wishes to pursue, we will have a full chance to do so.
