Trident

No, I do not have the time. I believe that what I have described is a much better route to a safer world, and we are in pole position to take a global lead. Finally, let us not forget that over the past generation more nations have given up nuclear weapons than have developed them. None of those countries—Brazil, Argentina, Ukraine, other former Soviet states and South Africa—regard themselves as less safe than they were before—
