Proceeding contribution from Rob Wilson (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 15 March 2007. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Higher Education.
Higher Education

Gentleman accept that, although the Government have made some progress with black African ethnic minorities, the representation of Asian Indians in higher education institutions has gone backwards? How does he explain the disparity between the wide range of ethnic minority children and white children that appears to exist at universities?
