No, it is not, but never mind. If the hon. Gentleman reads the text in Hansard he will be able to see what I was saying. The Chancellor said that the percentage of dividends paid out would decline; in fact, it has risen. [Interruption.] I am sorry—the percentage of profits paid out as dividends.
