Proceeding contribution from Lord Hutton of Furness (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 17 April 2007. It occurred during Opposition day on Occupational Pensions.

Occupational Pensions

In relation to the point that the hon. Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr. Hammond) has just made, I am sure that my hon. Friend will be glad to know that all those changes were made properly and in accordance with the actuarial advice that Ministers received. That was made clear in the ombudsman’s report.
