Proceeding contribution from Lord Lilley (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 17 April 2007. It occurred during Opposition day on Occupational Pensions.

Occupational Pensions

Can he tell us where in the Budget statement the Chancellor indicated that the measure would take £5 billion out of pension funds, or even a penny?
