Proceeding contribution from Julia Goldsworthy (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Monday, 30 April 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Finance Bill.
Finance Bill

Those contributing larger amounts currently qualify for greater relief, so the people who are already saving more benefit more, while those who are saving less, benefit less.
