Proceeding contribution from John Healey (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 30 April 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Finance Bill.
Finance Bill
Of course I will reflect on my hon. Friend’s contribution to the debate, as I always do. He refers to proposed new section 26B(b), which mentions"““at least one piece of remote gambling equipment used in the provision of the facilities””," but that will be defined by the Gambling Commission, as part of its role is to set out the terms of the regulation of such activities.
