Will the Minister make it absolutely clear, as my hon. Friend the Member for Wolverhampton, South-West (Rob Marris) is attempting to do from a sedentary position, that the terms ““freelance”” and ““self-employed”” are not interchangeable and equivalent? They are necessarily different in many aspects.
