Finance Bill

Taking the decision to become a contractor or a freelancer does not make one a tax dodger. I am not reassured by the Financial Secretary’s response. The clause remains flawed and I wish to press amendment No. 1 to a Division. Question put, That the amendment be made:— The Committee divided: Ayes 123, Noes 265.
