Protection of Critical Infrastructure
I was just deprecating my hon. Friend’s extrapolation from article 308 in connection with national security. But there are elements of national security relating to our infrastructure—although I hasten to add that they would not necessarily cover toilets—that are a matter for the United Kingdom, and have a heavy red line around them.
