Armed Forces Personnel
One factor that will not make things any easier is the cutting and replacing with an internet-based tool of excellent products such as the defence schools presentation team. I know that it is not a recruitment vehicle, but it goes into our schools to tell our young people exactly what the Ministry of Defence and our armed forces do, and it has excellent resources and excellent feedback from those schools. It is madness and very short-sighted to cut that, and it is such lack of thinking that leads to the problem.
