I agree with the hon. Gentleman. The tendering process is differentially appropriate to different services, and different kinds of tendering are appropriate to different services. I wish the party of which the hon. Gentleman is a member had said that a few years ago about other forms of tendering, but we shall let that pass. Sitting suspended for a Division in the House.
