Proceeding contribution from Robert Flello (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 18 October 2007. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Third Sector Review.
Third Sector Review
To pick up on the point that the right hon. Member for Horsham (Mr. Maude) made earlier, does my hon. Friend agree that, if the community group, which is doing some fantastic work, decides that it wants to raise its area's profile and run a campaign, it should not be constantly looking over its shoulder to ensure that it is not contravening regulations on campaigning? Surely it should just be able to get on with it.
