Proceeding contribution from Baroness Noakes (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 10 December 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Bill [HL].
Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Bill [HL]
We all look forward to getting to Part 2 at some stage during Grand Committee. However, I just leave the Minister with the thought that we will return to this issue on Report because we think it is important that we keep other categories of asset firmly in the public view and that the Government should have responsibility for continuing to research means of gathering value from those assets. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
