Proceeding contribution from Lord Grayling (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 7 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Pensions Bill.

Pensions Bill

The Minister obviously did not hear me correctly because I referred to the delivery authority and its successor body. Will he assure the House that there will be a constructive debate in Committee on the amount of prescription that should appear on the face of the Bill about the remit of the two bodies to ensure that there is no mission creep in the years ahead?
