Proceeding contribution from Lord Adonis (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 8 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Children and Young Persons Bill [HL].
Children and Young Persons Bill [HL]

Because it is an extremely small sum, as the noble Baroness said, we do not believe that local authorities would have any difficulty finding it if they want to conduct control programmes with which to compare the success or otherwise of the social work practice pilots.
