Climate Change Bill [HL]
I will not take this any further, although I was under the impression that the chief executive would have to have a certain degree of expertise in order to run members of staff who will be writing the committee’s reports. However, on that basis, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 138 not moved.]
