moved Amendment No. 25: 25: Clause 11, page 8, line 29, at end insert— ““(b) after subsection (1)(c) insert— ““(d) licences under para 1A of that Schedule authorising activities in the course of providing therapy.””.”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, I am in a slight difficulty because if we are to continue with this amendment, it will not be over in the next 15 minutes. I need guidance, if that is possible.
