I am most grateful to the Minister and to the noble Lord, Lord Desai. I do not think that we shall extract much more juice from this orange today. We will take it away, talk to someone who knows about the Data Protection Act and may come back at a later stage. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
