Proceeding contribution from Lord De Mauley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 23 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL].
Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL]
I support my noble friend Lord Cope in these amendments. They seem a reasonable and considered way of dealing with the matter. I know the Minister has said that he will consider them and we will come back to it.
