Proceeding contribution from Lord De Mauley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 30 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL].
Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL]
I am sorry to labour the point. The Minister has explained the mechanics. What he has not explained to me is where the requirement will be in regulatory terms. Will it be by order? I think that he is saying that it will not be in the Bill.
