Employment Bill [HL]

I agree with the noble Lord that there is a slight area of confusion. As my noble friend Lord Razzall said, we not sold on the words as such. I think the noble Lord has delved out a problem that I delved out myself when I saw it a short while ago. I think the point is taken that the principles are there. We talk about getting a maximum, and I think the point has been made quite fairly.
