Proceeding contribution from Lord Henley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 4 February 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Employment Bill [HL].

Employment Bill [HL]

The body to which I was referring, which I get the impression still exists, was very much offering its advice free of charge. It was, in effect, part of the training for young barristers.
