Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill
I was about to say that I was moving from suffocating to suffocated, but just in time the Minister came with a suitable cylinder of oxygen to save me. I am most grateful for the Minister saying that he will come back on this point and, in those circumstances, I gratefully beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
