Proceeding contribution from Mark Pritchard (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 20 February 2008. It occurred during Debate on treaty on Treaty of Lisbon (No. 5).
Treaty of Lisbon (No. 5)
I was not asking the Minister to give way, but he has kindly offered. The position as regards Russia does not underscore his point; it undermines it. There is a complete difference of opinion across the European Union in regard to Russia, particularly on energy security and, as far as topical debates are concerned, in relation to Serbia and Kosovo, and indeed the Balkans as a whole.
