I understand what my right hon. Friend says and I know that the same points have been made in the National Assembly, but we have to accept that with the United Kingdom being the home of the Olympics when they come, there will be benefits for the whole of our country, including our country of Wales. How precisely that happens is a matter for those organising the games and for the Government Departments which are deeply involved in that. I very much take the point that my right hon. Friend makes and I hope that as part of the United Kingdom, we will share in the benefits of the Olympics.
