Welsh Affairs
I was born and brought up in Cardiff, as were my parents. My mother will tell you, Madam Deputy Speaker, that the swimming pool that was in Cardiff city centre was part of the last London Olympics a long, long time ago—[Interruption.] I am sorry, the Empire games. There were spin-offs then which are not being seen in Wales, and that is a great misfortune.
