Welsh Affairs
I thank the hon. Gentleman, but our aim as Conservatives has been clear—it is to ensure that the Assembly is a success and delivers for people. That does not necessarily mean opposing more powers for the Assembly, but it does mean ensuring that if further powers are granted, that should be what the people of Wales want, and that it happens when the capacity of that institution has been developed so that it can benefit those it serves.
