Welsh Affairs
The sad fact is that Y Byd is no longer a practical proposition because of the collapse in circulation of print papers. It is very much a possibility that it can be web newspaper, or a handout given with other newspapers. However, for it to stand alone as a print newspaper is not a practical possibility.
